For Fall 2003, the county has issued 10-field permits for Coaches League teams. They were mailed to Colin on Tuesday. Brian said he essentially assigned the same fields as in the past, but did so as an "organization" rather than as individual teams. He also nabbed some unused field space from youth clubs for those teams that were applying for the first time.

Colin is preparing the league request for fields in Fairfax CO for Spring 2004. We have at least a dozen teams that want to be included. Here's what needs doing BEFORE LABOR DAY!

Complete the "Facility Request" on page-2. You may request up to 5-fields in order or preference;

Complete the roster form on page-5. Make sure to complete manager's contact info and team name;

Leave all other fields/pages blank. Colin will complete them when he submits the application;

Write a check to cover fees for non-county players. Total: $20 per player payable to: "CRS" Write your team name and Spring 2004 in the memo of your check;

Mail your completed forms and payment to Colin at the address given above. |

Teams that have applied for individual permits NO LONGER NEED TO DO SO. Parks and Rec KNOWS you're out there and is bundling all field requests under the Coaches League application. |
