Result: 6-4 Win

We only had 5 players show up.  They gave up 3 to start with so the game started 9v8.  Soon, another player arrived and we were 9v9.  So, plenty of space on the field, although a narrow field.  We started with Scott in the goal. 

They started off the scoring.  They were two goals up after 6 minutes of play.  After some joking complaining about the ball, we were able to convince the other team to switch to an orange colored soccer ball.  Must have made a difference as we soon started scoring. Jeff scored the first 4 of those goals.  Carlos gets credit for one of the assists.  The other three went to guest players from the other team.  One of the guest players got the 5^th goal shortly before half.  They snuck one in on Hesham, who switched out as keeper with Scott part way through the half.  5-3 at half. 

The 2^nd half started with Jeff as the keeper.  They got a goal on a nice shot about 10 minutes in.  We countered with a goal of our own – I’m not sure who scored or assisted.  After 25 minutes into the 2^nd half, the game was officially called as both teams were down to 7 players (after players had to leave early.)  Thus, the game officially ended.  The referee then put on a red jersey and played the last 20 minutes as a player.  Players were tired and the play went back and forth with fast breaks.  We managed 2 or 3 goals.  They didn’t manage a goal.
